Every visit combines chiropractic care with targeted soft-tissue therapy for comprehensive care.
Complete Care in One Visit
-
The Problem: Your body was designed for smooth movement, but sitting, poor posture, injuries, and age can cause you to lose mobility. When part of your body stops moving properly, pain and limitations follow.
The Solution: Chiropractic adjustments use a precisely applied movement to restore proper motion. The result is greater function with reduced pain and sensitivity.
The Keystone Advantage: A restricted joint and tight soft tissues usually go hand-in-hand. Combining adjustments with targeted soft-tissue therapy in every visit maximizes your recovery. It's a complete approach that gives you greater value for your time and money.
-
Your first visit is a comprehensive 30-minute intake. We begin with a review of your health history and goals, followed by an examination of your mobility and function. Once we understand what your body needs, you’ll receive your first adjustment with Dave and a targeted soft-tissue session with Noel.
-
Each return visit is a focused recovery session.
Chiropractic Care: Dave evaluates your function and delivers precise adjustments to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve nervous system function.
Soft-Tissue Therapy: Noel uses specialized therapies—such as acupuncture, cupping, IASTM, or e-stim—to release deep muscle tension, stimulate tissue repair, and accelerate your body’s natural healing.

FAQ’s
-
In recent years, higher deductibles and co-pays have left many people without meaningful savings on chiropractic care.
We therefore keep it straightforward: payment is due at the time of service. This reduces our overhead costs, allowing us to provide care from two specialists at an accessible price. -
Yes. We are very experienced with the complex nature of injuries from an accident. Our billing specialist will be happy to handle the billing on your behalf so you can focus on your recovery.
-
Not usually. Most patients can safely begin care after a thorough, hands-on exam.
We will request x-rays when medically necessary—such as following recent trauma or if we suspect a structural issue. -
No. We offer a wide range of effective therapies. We will never perform a treatment you aren’t comfortable with.
-
Some clothing can make precise contact difficult or cause slipping during an adjustment. To allow for the best treatment, we recommend:
Loose Pants. Please avoid skirts, dresses, short shorts, and slippery leggings.
T-shirt or Similar. Tops with a higher neckline and sleeves provide the most stable surface for contact and maintain comfortable coverage.

-
Yes. We use the Webster Technique and have helped hundreds of prenatal and postpartum clients. Our two-specialist approach is especially useful because pregnancy and delivery place significant demands on the soft tissues.
For toddlers/young children, a pediatric practice is often the best fit as their office environment is tailored to that age group. However, for infants, older children, and teens, our office is a great fit.
Note: infant chiropractic care is very gentle— similar to the pressure used when testing the ripeness of a fruit.
